Jennifer Lagemann provided tips for providers to improve their marketing and communication, including using language that resonates with their audience by leveraging online reviews and forums. Bonnie Marcus discussed her book “Not Done Yet” on women’s empowerment. Debbie Howard highlighted her caregiving advocacy. The session underscored the importance of storytelling, intergenerational connections, and overcoming ageism.
