Sky Bergman discussed her film “Lives Well Lived” and its intergenerational projects, reaching over 500 students and older adults.

Susan Ostrowski introduced Reading2Connect which provides age and dementia-friendly reading materials to facilitate conversations between older adults and younger people. Readable and user-friendly for older adults. The books are easy to handle and navigate, printed on durable washable paper, and also available as ebooks and video books.

Paige Wilson shared Naborforce, connecting older adults with younger community members for mutual benefits.

Caitlin Crommett talked about DreamCatchers Foundation, empowering youth to fulfill end-of-life dreams of hospice patients.

Rachel Cohen spoke about Aging Dynamic’s Linkages, a collaborative addressing social isolation through intergenerational programs.
