Ray Gordon shared that when he worked for the NYC Dept of Ports of Terminals they implemented a very effective “prime time” so that everyone had to be in the office 10am to 2pm.

We referred to a great case study of an owner operator of Chick fil A in South Florida that went to a flexible schedule in which people work three days on, three days off, they get two weekends off and a full week a month off. They have 100% retention rate within this single franchise.
